  Leaves from 3-4 sprigs of
  Coriander
2 Green chillies
15gFresh ginger, grated
  Salt
2tbLemon juice
1/2tsSugar

The ultimate relish for samosas, pakoras and any other savoury snack! IC

1. Grind, pound or blend in a blender, the coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and half tsp salt to make a thick paste.

2. Stir in the lemon juice and add sugar and extra salt to taste.
